8. Cancellation & Refunds
In case of project cancellation, fees for work completed will be deducted from the paid amount.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms mentioned in the signed agreement.

5 Steps Interior is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or unforeseen events.
